Well since a lot of the folks on here are the same geeks I knew at Berklee, I got something that is both music and game based http://gprime.net/images/mariopiano/ .
This should make up for Athens this year… [although I thought the man-made Kayak river was wicked cool.
Anyway, I decided to plug my brother’s game “Dark Horizons: Lore” just because Max Gaming has come up with an interesting way to promote the game, the latest release is supposed to be super stable [especially for Mac], and you can win a ATI card.
It is time for the Mavlympics!!!
And this should be nothing like a the strange Laff-A-Lympics .
Basically from what I understand, it is going to be like Track and Field just with big Mechs [or Mavs in the DH:L universe].
But unlike the old Decathlon is done you shouldn’t need a new keyboard once the games are over.
Anyway I have done my job, enjoy.
Not necessarily game related but since it happened on one of my game machines.
I have experienced kernel panic’s in OS X, but this one is a first.
Here is another reason why I am the world’s most cynical Mac user.
Especially since I have never had a BSOD for simply closing a program that wasn’t doing more then it was suppose to be doing.

Graphics… they are square. Well, cube to be correct.
Still a little confused about some things after a couple of days of playing.
However, you have to love a game in which you can make your character take a poo.

So I am playing Donkey Kong JR. Growing up the whole Donkey Kong Series was my favorite, for some reason I really felt for the big ape. but the series [despite RareWare lame effort to restore the franchise for Nintendo] has never seem to gotten the respect it deserves. I mean, not only was it Miyamoto’s début in America, it was the game that gave us Mario!
I mean, where would Mario be without the big DK? I mean, it really is the most tragic type of showbiz success story, when the “sidekick” eclipses the headlining star.
