More goodness from CMU

The ESP Game and Peekaboom are games created by Luis von Ahn here at CMU, to help facilitate tagging of images online for better searches.

The then there is the Jukebox Gameplay Project this semester at the ETC, where the music you decide to play with the game determines how game play unfolds.

Check them out and enjoy folks.

Peace

Another triumph from the ETC! Though simple, there games are frightfully addictive. They also tap an interesting gaming dynamic, that of the anonymous and silent teammate. Half the fun is trying to determine your partner’s mindset without being able to communicate. You may not agree with your teammate’s answers, but you have to adjust your own play style to succeed. Props all around!
