I understand that the N1PL processor that is going to be incorporated in the PS3, Revolution, and XboxWhateverTheFuckIt'sGoingToBeCalled has also been officially approved and endorsed for the DirectX 10 spec for inclusion on all next-gen graphic cards. The announcement follows on the heels of the recently reported PhysX "physics accelerator" chip.

As you probably already know, the N1PL processor will remove the resource hog of "breast physics" from both the CPU and the GPU, as well as segregating it from the PhysX workload. N1PL will feature an advanced instruction set allowing the realistic simulation of not only natural breasts, but also showing movement differentiation between silicone and saline implants as well. The processor currently seems to be hampered by an inability to accurately model anything less than a C-cup, but this is not expected to be a relevant issue among either the develeopment or gaming communities and it is unlikely that resources will be allocated to correct the problem.

Look for a hardware release to coincide with the next iterations in the "Dead or Alive" and "Tomb Raider" franchises. It is unconfirmed at this time whether or not the cards will ship with the "Girls on Trampolines" tech demo that will be prevalent at E3 2005 in May.

God I used to play that game when I grew out of Dungeons and Dragons. That game beer and the cure brings back many weird memories. Disintergration is the best album ever. Thank You Robert Smith
