Played it for a little while with Jeff the other night. EXCELLENTÉ. The thrill of Aleph is that it brings about something people like Jeff, myself, and probably Steve have been waiting for since 1994 when Jeff and I snuck my Mac Performa 476 (a 40 mhz machine with a 250 mb harddrive - those were the days) into Brian Seamster's house and booted up Marathon 1 (which we only could run on the absolute lowest graphic and sound settings). That night we mused to ourselves that this would be a great game to play over a tcp/ip network. It took us 3 hours that night to link two computers up via localtalk to get the game going. The other night, it took 3 minutes because I had my firewall on and it took those few minutes to figure that out. We have become spoiled with technology to say the least. Also, the New Orleans Stains are the worst franchise in NFL history. No relation to video games, just the ranting of a disgruntled fan.
