Um, headquarters located?

Ahlumballah?

Shit, damnit, shit, fuck, damnit?

Fucking martyrdom?

There's a lot of dangerous gunfire over here?

Oh we're gaming. Does none of this sound familiar?

My return to gaming will, coincidentally enough, coincide with the release of Spore.

Well, I don't know if it's the End of Days for EMB, but I personally really miss the podcast--a pain in the ass to pull together, but a lot of fun, too. I wish we could bang out a short one every couple of weeks. I know we have some "fans" that would like to hear some new stuff, too.

I'm no less into games, but I think I've turned into a game collector more than a game player. I have a towering stack of triple-A titles for 360, PC, and Wii that I've barely started. I still love the hobby, still read all the news and follow the games, but actually playing them has taken a back seat to many other projects. I often think I should put off buying any new titles until I exhaust those I have...which means the next game I buy will probably be Starcraft 4 sometime in 2015.

As for posting to EMB, it's a combination of not having anything interesting to say and wondering, if I did, who is reading it other than the Guys (a club to which I only marginally belong and only in a spectral, digital sense).
