Go Time
Well this little gem was waiting for me in the mailbox when I got home this evening. Now there’s a problem: I’m in the deep heat of crunch time at work, leaving scant time for gaming. Next week, the folks are in town so that’s family time. As I see it, my only option is to go South Korea on this thing. Sleep, food, hydration be damned, this is too important to put off for a week. Stay tuned for some incoherent updates.

The rave reviews finally broke me down - I went and got a 60 foot cable and got my Xbox online just to try the demo.
And now I finally have a compelling enough reason to get used to that god-forsaken controller.
Thank you, Brixtone, for reminding me that my computer monitor does not have a 42 inch high def display. There’s no question thay I will purchase this game now (with the last of our grocery money, if I have to), but I might have made the mistake of buying the PC version if you hadn’t hounded me.

Also, and you probably already know this, but you can download the game on Steam right now and it will be playable on August 21, THE ACTUAL RELEASE DATE OF THE GAME. Or maybe Brixtone is messing with our heads and he’s just holding up one of those pre-order placeholder boxes from Best Buy.
