The CompUSA stores by me don’t have any in stock. Last I checked at the Target by me, they were sold out–though that may have changed in the past few days.

By the way, KB online is now sold out of all colors.

I still contend it’s amazing that a system which came out over two years ago (eight months ago for the DS Lite) and that’s sold 35 million units is still selling out at retailers. You’d think these things would be well stocked and selling slowly by now.

30 more seconds of searching found units in stock at CompUSA brick and mortar locations but not online. Also, according to Target's website, although they're sold out online the individual stores do have stock and a few quick phone calls should net you one. I'm not even counting the Pink ones.

It didn’t take long—that link you posted from Toys R Us says they are sold out now. KB and EBGames still have them in stock.
